This apartment is located on the main floor of the building.  We call it an "A" apartment.  It has approximately  1100 sq. ft. of living space. This is our most popular floor plan because it is set up like a ranch style home. It not only has a spacious living room it also includes a wonderful family room with cozy fireplace. In the living room you have a large bow window to look onto the scenic landscaped grounds. All of Maple Lanes Apartments in Elkhart, Indiana have carpeting in the living room, family room and bedrooms, plus blinds for privacy. The amenities in our oversized eat in kitchen, include a self cleaning oven, dishwasher, refrigerator,  and garbage disposal. Some of the kitchens include a built in microwave above the stove.  For your convenience we provide no wax vinyl floors in our kitchens and baths.  This apartment has a laundry area attached to the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer behind closed doors.  Also with the "A" apartments they come with an eating bar dividing the kitchen and family room.   A lovely view is provided thru the family room opening onto the patio.  A nature setting to enjoy with your family and pet.  An extra plus on the "A" apartments, is the attached garage. What a convenience with groceries, and packages.
