Terrible place to rent from. Neighbor harassed a pregnant woman and started screaming at her. Neighbor lady got pregnant ... woman and husband evicted, while they did no wrong. Wonderful Neighborhood
I have lived here over a year and have enjoyed it. The only problem I have is that I don’t have a close parking spot. There ... are 4 apartments, 2 garages and 2 close spots. We should all get close parking. But not all of us do. They have rented garages to whoever wants one for storage or parking that aren’t in your building. And they rented out the one in my building. I live in the end house and it is farther to walk to the parking lot and people take the closest spots and we have to walk halfway down the lot. We all pay rent, we should all get to park close. I would like the same privileges as everybody else. And since I work in an office, I am the last one home. Therefore, I do not get a close spot very often. I feel like we have to fight who gets to park close. There is plenty of room to add a third spot or to put a couple at each end.
